dogID.bg started from a pretty simple idea: everything important about your dog should be easy to find, easy to keep up to date, and there whenever you actually need it.
The platform basically works as a digital record for your pet. Profile, vaccinations, health info, care history, important moments, all in one place. So instead of relying on a paper passport, random notes scattered everywhere, or trying to remember when the last vet visit even happened, dogID builds up a running history of your dog's life over time.
But I wanted to push the idea a bit further than that.
That's where Dr. Bau came in, an AI assistant built for dog owners. Unlike a generic chatbot, Dr. Bau actually knows your dog. Its age, breed, history, vaccinations, all the stuff already stored in dogID. So when you're asking about everyday care, behavior, nutrition, or just general wellbeing, the answers actually feel relevant instead of generic.
For me, dogID.bg is kind of an experiment in what happens when structured personal data and AI come together in something genuinely useful. Not tech for the sake of tech, but something meant to help people take better care of a member of their family.
